Do you have any physical store for walk-in purchase?

Unfortunately, we don't have one (yet) but you can self-pickup your purchases at our home office!

What payment options available for international customers?

Currently, we only ship to Singapore. For Singapore customers, you can make payment through Paypal balance in checkout. Send us a message on Whatsapp if you have any questions and we'll assist you further.

Is there an option for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or self-pickup?

We do! We do COD within the area of Dengkil, Bangi & Cyberjaya. You can also self-pickup at our home office.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we do offer same day delivery within Klang Valley by using Lalamove. Delivery fee depends on your address radius from our office starting at MYR 10. Same Day Delivery is only applicable during business days and order must be made before 3PM to be eligible for this option.

Which countries do you ship to? And how much is your shipping fee?

We ship locally within Malaysia. For international, due to the current pandemic, we only ship to Singapore at the moment.

Local orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2-3 business days.
Singapore orders take 5-20 business days to be delivered and we ship within 2-3 business days.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Please expect some delays during early collection release, festive season or due to custom clearance.

West Malaysia shipping fee starts at RM8 for parcel weight under 0.5 kg. For East Malaysia shipping fee starts at RM15 for parcel weight under 0.5 kg.
Singapore shipping fee starts at RM40 for parcel weight under 0.5 kg.
