RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers are only eligible to return and exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.


RETURN & EXCHANGE TO DIFFERENT COLOURS, SIZES OR DESIGNS

If you have bought the wrong colour, size or design, you can return and exchange the order within 7 days from receiving the items (subject to stock availability) but the shipping charges for both returning and exchanging for these reasons will be covered by customer.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact.

You will have to inform us about your return request on our Instagram or email. Once your original order is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received it. Then we will proceed to deliver your new order based on your exchange request.

Returns and exchanges for these reasons can only be done once for one order.


RETURN & EXCHANGE DUE TO FAULTY ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If you have received a faulty products (any damage, torn or stained products overlooked by us) or if you have received incorrect items, you can return and exchange the order within 7 days from receiving the items. Postage charge for return & exchange for these reasons will be covered by us.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact.
Please prepare photos of the defect/incorrect items. You will have to contact us for the return request on Whatsapp or email. Please provide us the postage fee receipt as well.
Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received it.

We will proceed to refund your exchange postage fee.
Once item has been posted out, you will receive a message along with the tracking number.
